Your letter,read by Santa Claus
You write the words: Santa Claus reads them aloud, in a video for your child.
From €4.99 + VAT, in 6 languages. The video arrives by email in a few minutes.
Up there, beyond the Arctic Circle, there's a village where it's always Christmas.
The reindeer are already harnessed to the sleigh: they're just waiting for the right night.
This is Santa Claus's house. Here, the lights never go out.
The elves are making presents for every child in the world…
…and Santa Claus works right alongside them, one parcel after another.
Then he sits by the fire and reads the letters, one by one. The next one could be yours.

Questions
When does the video arrive? Usually a few minutes after payment. We email you a link to watch and download it.
Can I see an example before paying? Yes: next to the letter, press "Watch an example" to see one of Santa Claus's latest videos.
Does Santa Claus pronounce the name correctly? Check it in the letter: if the name is unusual, write it as it is pronounced, for example Sean-ah instead of Siobhan.
How is the price calculated? Pick a package: Little Letter from €4.99 + VAT with one scene, Magic with twice the words and every scene, North Pole with the HD and vertical version too. Christmas Eve delivery is free for everyone, and a brother's or sister's letter is half price. The price doesn't change while you write.
Which languages does Santa Claus speak? Italian, English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. Choose the language next to the letter: the letter changes language and Santa Claus reads it in the same voice.
Can I change the letter after paying? No, the video starts right away. Read it through carefully before paying.
Do I need a photo of my child? No: the video only uses what you write in the letter, such as the name and the city. The video is deleted automatically after 30 days and is never public.
What won't Santa Claus read? Links, bad language and sentences not suitable for a child: every letter is checked before the video is made.
What if the video doesn't turn out well? If the video can't be created, we refund you automatically. For anything else, reply to the video email.
Where can I watch it? On any phone, tablet, computer or TV: it's a regular MP4 file.
